Hi Everyone,
Thank you so much for coming out to all the Ringling demos this past weekend! We had lots of members out with signs, distributed hundreds of leaflets, talked to people about the treatment of circus animals, and even got two new group members! Everyone did a wonderful job and since we are on such a role...

We are back to Alan Furs this coming weekend! Let's come out stronger than ever! They probably thought that since we weren't there last weekend, that we have disappeared, but far from it! Please join us Saturday, Noon - 1:30 pm, at Alan Furs, 1515 N Parham Rd, Richmond. We will have some new signs and if anyone has a bunny costume that you would be willing to wear or to lend to someone in the group to wear, please let me know ASAP!

Ellwood Thompson's Local Market in Carytown has agreed to let us set up a table and provide vegan information, stickers, and samples to their customers. All of the food will come from their store so we can support a local business. We invite our members and anyone else interested to help out with the table. This will just involve handing out literature and samples, talking with visitors about any aspect of vegetarianism/veganism, answering questions if they have any for you, and explaining our group to those who are interested.
